At Brisas, we hope to create a sanctuary for all providing an exceptional experience for all our members and guests. In order to uphold these standards, we have established the following booking and cancellation policies:

• Non-members can book up to 24 hours in advance, with all bookings being final and non-refundable.

• Members have the flexibility to book in advance (All-summer for Oro Members, 14 days Basic Members and 7 days for Off-peak Members ) and can cancel without penalty within a 24-hour window. Cancellations made after this window will incur the full booking fee.

• If reservations are cancelled by Brisas due to inclimate weather, refunds will be issued.
